This was mostly just a fun bit of practice.  I created a new dynamic hair style mimicing a style that was popular in Japan in recent years.  I think it may have gone out since then, but who knows.  I like it anyway.  I am getting much better at dynamic hair.  An animation would better show the care that went into designing the hair grouping, but this is all I felt up to doing.
